Polk County Library Federation -- Kits for Kids

These kits are designed for use by adults who work with children. The programs have been developed by the staff of the Polk County Library Federation and are recommended for elementary grades K-3, unless noted below. Each kit focuses on a particular topic, theme or author. A typical program consists of books, audiovisual media, puppets, poetry, music and activity suggestions. Loan periods are for either one or two weeks, as noted below. Most kits are geared for preschool-lower elementary grades, except where noted.

How to Order: You may order the kits through any public library in Polk County or order them directly by completing the online form below. They may be picked up at a public library or at the Polk County Library Federation, as specified when you place your order.

The drop-down lists below show the titles of the kits in each category. To select a kit for loan, check the type of kit you want, then select the title. After completing the rest of the form, hit Submit. Please order only one kit at a time. Submit a separate form for each kit that you want to order.
